We are expanding our team and have an amazing opportunity available for a dedicated Salon Manager to join us. This is a leadership role ensuring every guest who visits us receives our trademark five star service.

You will ensure the team is happy and motivated to achieve this through positive encouragement and supportive performance management, alongside managing the daily operations of the salon.

Who YOU are:

Skilled and confident in all aspects of ladies and mens hairdressing
Love providing a five star experience to every salon guest
At least 10 years industry experience
Strong leadership qualities, leading by example in everything you do
Friendly personality with excellent people skills
Self driven and motivated to achieve goals
Love to motivate and inspire others to grow and smash their goals
Have a keen interest in your own personal and professional development
